Cleanup Planning: Carter County Youth Leadership Development Program 2019 (Nine Photos)

McClain Dyer served as team leader during the Carter County Youth Leadership Development planning session for a public cleanup day set for April 11, 2020.

Students from West Carter High School and East Carter High School are again working together to learn more about local business and government, as well as give back to their home community.

All events will be at the Carter County Extension Office unless otherwise noted.

Chandler Easterling Earns 4-H Scholarship


Chandler Easterling, a 2019 West Carter High School graduate, was recently awarded with the $500 Kentucky 4-H Science, Engineering, & Technology scholarship.

95th Annual 4-H Teen Conference

Kentucky 4-H hosted the 95th Annual 4-H Teen Conference from June 10th -13th. This leadership opportunity offered senior level 4-H’ers the chance to continue to grow and better prepare themselves for college or the workforce.
