Holler Down The Holler Founder and Host Jeremy D. Wells welcomed a full slate of poets, including members of the Carter County Poetry Society, for the first-year anniversary of the monthly "slam poetry" contest at Grayson Gallery & Art Center.
Lorie Zientara won the first place prize of $50, bring the win home during the final round with her poem "Observation." Second place was awarded to Rei Parsons and Jazzy Lykins won the third place cash prize.
