What a great weekend of racing! Jackie Boggs #4B would find himself at the “Big E”, Eldora Speedway, for the 49th World 100.

Hope everyone has enjoyed the holiday weekend. A lot or racing went on but some of our regular Carter County Boys took off this weekend.

Little Sandy Raceway is yet another of Carter County’s “best kept secrets,” unless you happen to live nearby the drag racing facility on Rt 1667 in the Leon community, not far from Grayson’s city limits.

Wow! What an awesome weekend of dirt racing! The Butterball at Richmond Raceway, with the $20,059 to win, really brought in the crowd and late models.

Jackie Boggs and the #4B team would be attending the 5th annual Barn Burner at Brush Creek Motor Complex on Friday night. He had a fast car and his crew continued to work hard. Boggs would end up finishing the feature in 2nd place behind Tyler Carpenter.

Gunner Johnson (this author) was at my home track of Richmond Raceway on Friday night to try another round at the beast of the east.

Richmond Raceway was the track of choice for most this past weekend. Richmond had a two day event going on and brought in racers from all over the area.
