It has been a strange year for everyone, but it has been especially hard for our students graduating in the class of 2021. From cancellations of spring sporting events, prom, and graduation–to dealing with the absence of friends and the camaraderie of the classroom, these students have been able to overcome, band together, and complete a major life achievement amid a global pandemic.
I want to personally congratulate all the graduating seniors in the class of 2021 from Carter County Schools and Carter Christian for achieving this accomplishment. As you begin your journey in a career or at the next level of education, I wish you nothing but the best and success. You have demonstrated incredible strength throughout challenging times. As you go forth, always remain strong, and continue to live out your dreams.
