Becca Nolen is a graduating senior from the class of 2020 from West Carter High School. She’s spent most of her high school years on the basketball court with her teammates winning 3 district titles, 4 All “A” Region titles and making a trip to the regional tournament each year and the other times on the softball field with her teammates.

United Way of Northeast Kentucky (UWNEK) announced today via a live stream broadcast the first allocation from the UWNEK COVID-19 Response Fund launched in March.
