Grayson Gallery September: Crystal Shawanda For Final Friday Artwalk

Award-Winning Vocalist Crystal Shawanda will perform in Grayson during the September Final Friday at Grayson Gallery & Art Center.

ARTISTS have been invited to drop off artwork this Saturday, September 14 and/or Monday the 16th from 10am to 2pm and all those who have art on hand may pick up work then as well.

AND, it's Second Saturday in Grayson on the 14th! Those who are planning to come by the gallery that day will have a chance to check out Market 474 (on Carol Malone Blvd in the former Ralph's parking lot) from. Lots of goodies will be available by several area vendors...check it out and, if you'd like a booth at a great price, just ask for details!

Later that evening, the gallery doors open at 6pm for the "Holler Down the Holler" Poetry Slam with host Jeremy Wells. This free event is open to the public and poets who plan to compete for $100 in awards may begin registering at 6:00 as well.

Next up will be the monthly F!nal Fr!days Art Walk and an opening reception for another art exhibit on September 27 from 6pm to 9pm. We will also have special guests Crystal Shawanda and Dewayne Stroebel in town for a live music performance - you won't want to miss that!
