Bradley Jay Marshall, 62, of Grayson passed away Monday October 26, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Brad was born August 14, 1958 in Ashland, KY a son of the late Elmer Todd Marshall and Gay Holbrook Marshall Flaugher. In addition to his parents, Brad was preceded in death by a grandson, Jackson Bryce Marshall.
Brad was a Boilermaker with the Local 40 for over 15 years, and worked for T&D Cable Splicing. Brad was a crew chief for Black Jack Boggs for several years. Brad enjoyed fishing, horses, listening to bluegrass music.
Brad is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Mary Lavonna Freize; two sons, Adrian Bradley Marshall and Jason Todd (Alli) Marshall; a step-son, Wesley Freize of Morehead; a step-daughter, Kristy (David) Freize Wright of Grayson; five grandchildren, Tucker Marshall, Kendra Marshall, Derek Wright, Tyler Wright and Kara Wright; one great-grandchild, Holden Rafe; two brothers, Tony (Shelia) Marshall of Grayson and Glen (Terrie) Allen Marshall of New Castle, Indiana; two sisters, Beverly (Tracy) Dickerson of Grayson and Jessica (Bob) Kitchen of Willard; a special nephew, Joshua Reck; several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family who all mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Thursday October 29, 2020 at the Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Keyes officiating. Burial will follow in the Chapel Cut Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 am Thursday until the service hour at the funeral home.
