Carolyn Patrice “Patty” Stephens, 68 of Grayson went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, September 02, 2020 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Patty was born September 2, 1952 at Iron Hill, KY a daughter of the late Clyde and Betty Kibbey Burnett. Patty was a member of Salem Missionary Baptist Church, a homemaker, a quilter, a crafter and help establish the family business. Patty was preceded in death by one sister, Elaine VanNess. She is survived by her husband, William G. Stephens of Grayson; two sons, Daniel (Cyndy) Ray Stephens of S Webster, OH and William (Susan) G. Stephens III. of Grayson, one brother, Clyde Burnett of Dubuque IA; seven grandchildren, Kyle Fuller, Denver Fuller, Katheryn “Rose” Stephens, Beau Stephens, Justin Steele, Sarah Steele and McKenna Steele; one great-grandchild, Alana Steele.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, 1:00 p.m. at Salem Missionary Baptist Church with Travis Votaw, Mike Wilder and Clarence Grigsby, ministers. Burial will be in the Ramey Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Salem Missionary Baptist Church. Family suggests contributions to Salem Missionary Baptist Church, 147 Salem Drive, Grayson KY 41143.
