In accordance with Chapter 65A.080 (2), KRS 424.220, of the Kentucky Revised Statues, the financial report and supporting data may be inspected by the public at the Carter County Conservation District Office located at 526 East Main Street Grayson, Kentucky our office hours are between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m Monday through Friday or on the Department of Local Government website: https://kydlgweb.ky.gov/entities/16_SpgePortal.cfm . The Carter County Conservation District holds its regularly scheduled monthly board meetings at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month at the District office. All meetings are open to the public.
Since the March Executive Order dated March 6, 2020 order 2020-215 declaring a state of emergency due to the Covid virus by Governor Andy Beshear; the Carter County Conservation District has conducted all monthly board meetings via video conference. Any records may only be viewed by appointment only when virus conditions or recommendations will allow.
