East Carter High School Cheerleaders and supporters washed cars for donations Saturday between Ralph’s Food Fair and Dairy Queen in Grayson.
Cheer Coach Heather Goodman said funds raised during the car wash will be used to purchase accessories including warm ups and shoes, as well as help with travel expenses.
The August 10 car wash relied upon the efforts of 17 cheerleaders, five adults volunteers “and a couple of boyfriends helping out,” Goodman said.
