Carter County Farmer's Market

Shirley Carra adjust and inspects an assortment of decorative wreaths on display and for sale today during the ongoing Carter County Farmer's Market, located beneath the large shelter behind the local Cooperative Extension office on U.S. 60 near Grayson city limits.

Carra, who is a member of the Carter County Homemakers and serves on the county's extension council, makes each wreath by hand and says most customers use them for door hangers or home interior décor, while some like to place them as memorials.
