Tribute for Carolyn Sue Suttles Fraley May 6, 1942 ~ July 15, 2020: Malone Funeral Home

Carolyn Sue Suttles Fraley, 78, of Grayson went to be with her Lord Wednesday July 15, 2020 at her residence. Carolyn was born May 6, 1942 in Grayson, KY a daughter of the late Samuel and Louisa Swanagan Suttles. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by four sisters, Anabelle Hall, Mary Alice Albright, Minnie Prichard and infant Effie Mae Suttles; and two brothers, James Suttles and Ralph Suttles.

Carolyn was a 43 year faithful member of Smith Branch Enterprise Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She worked as a seamstress at Cowden’s Sewing Factory, and later retiring from Everman’s Cleaners.

Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Frank D. Fraley; two daughters, Beverly (Duane) McDavid and Trish (Tony) Shepherd; two sons, Robert Fraley and James Fraley all of Grayson; eight grandchildren, Shanna, Kayla, Brandon, Nathan, Shay, Kristin, Shelby and Gavin; four great-grandchildren, Christian, Brennen, Noah and Kaden; and a host of church family and friends who will miss her deeply.

Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday July 18, 2020 at the Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Waugh and Bro. Chauncey Griffith officiating. Burial will follow in the Suttles Family Cemetery on Smith Branch. Visitation will be 6-9 pm Friday and after 9 am Saturday until the service hour.
