Tribute for Frieda Ann Parker: Malone Funeral Home

Freida Ann Parker, 62 of Carter City, KY went to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 5, 2020 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Freida was born December 6, 1957 in Mansfield OH a daughter of Ottis Kiser of Carter City, and the late Bertha Marie Tipton Kiser. She operated along with other family members, Kiser’s Restaurant in Carter City for many years. 

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 44 years, Donald Parker of Carter City, one son Donald Lee (Bobbie Ann Litteral) Parker of Carter City and a daughter, Lorinda Lynette Parker of Carter City.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, 1:00 p.m. at Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Burnett, minister. Burial will be in the Kiser Family Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at funeral home.
