“We are staying in close contact with the state of Kentucky for potential authorization to reopen,” the staff and management of Carter Childcare & Early Learning Center said Friday (April 10, 2020).
“At this time we don’t have a definitive date much like any other business. But we want everybody to know that we are planning to be there for you all when this is done.”
“And we are also working currently on the Olive Hill facility and plan to open this summer. God bless!”
