Still The King: Elvis Art Draws Huge Crowd

The one of a kind exhibit, "The ART of Elvis" by Grayson native Gregory Jay Damron (now of Carrollton, Kentucky) included dozens of Elvis Presley collectibles, memorabilia and pieces by other artists in addition to the original Elvis "tribute" works by Damron.

Light refreshments featured some of Elvis Presley's favorite foods, provided by Friends of the Gallery. Luke Simms performed Elvis tunes live on the gallery stage, and enjoyed audience participation from fans including Bob Caummisar, who was seen singing along to every word to every song.
