Sabrina McWhorter recently spoke to members of the Grayson Area Chamber of Commerce, providing details about programs and resources available from the Shaping Our Appalachian Region effort.
McWhorter was named a Business and Innovation Champion of SOAR Innovation in December, 2019. She serves Rowan, Boyd, Carter, Greenup, and Lawrence counties.
SOAR Innovation is a partnership between Shaping our Appalachian Region, Inc. (SOAR) and the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development’s KY Innovation office. SOAR Innovation assists existing small businesses and entrepreneurs whose business or idea has the capability to expand in existing markets or create new markets by leveraging technology.
