Members of the Flatwoods Kiwanis Club welcomed Carter County Post Community Journalist Tim Preston as a guest speaker February 4, 2020 during lunch at the city’s Giovanni’s restaurant.
Preston discussed his early days in newspaper and radio in Johnson and Floyd counties, as well as his latest efforts in Carter County and future plans to publish a statewide magazine, “Everybody’s Business – Kentucky’s Small Business Spotlight,” to be offered in print as well as an online version.
