Grayson Fire Department members, along with family and friends, got all dressed up and out on the town Wednesday evening to carry on a recent tradition to reach out and engage local residents and anyone else they encounter while cruising in “The Griswald” station wagon designed as a tribute to the Christmas Vacation movies.
Fire fighters, family and friends also served hot chocolate with optional marshmallows and whipped cream to visitors at the fire station on 3rd Street in Grayson, where holiday enthusiasts enjoyed a high-tech light show synchronized to a soundtrack broadcast on 88.1 FM.
