"We expect 18 different departments (Carter County Fire Departments, Olive Hill and Grayson Police Departments, and Carter County Sheriff’s office, as well as Kentucky State Troopers who patrol our county, Carter County Dispatch, EMS, East and West Base Ambulance Services, Carter County Detention Center jailers, Carter County Court Security, and the Carter Caves and Grayson Lake Fish & Wildlife officers."
