During the recent retirement party for Victims Advocate Pam Harper, those celebrating included
the Honorable Judge Becky Phillips, Commonwealth Secretary Pammy Whitt, Ann Bauer’s Pam, Commonwealth Attorney Brandon Ison, and many others. Also helping Pam celebrate were Joy Kennedy and Jennifer Carter.
