Formerly “Mad Vapor,” Fannin said he came up with the new name when his girlfriend inspired him with a song lyric.
A member of the East Carter High School Class of 2019, Fannin said he also offers a Friday-only discount with $5 off of 120 milligram bottles of custom-mixed liquids.
